The GMEN head into the 2021 offseason with some decisions to make. The Cap is shrinking due to COVID-19 impacts and they have holes to fill. Lets take a look at where they stand as of today, www.overthecap.com has them at $183.9M of a projected $185.3M 2021 Cap, which is still to be finalized. That leaves them a slim margin of $1.3M heading into the offseason. The holes that they need to fill, in no specific order, are:

WR, CB, EDGE, and IOL

Some No-Brainer Cuts/2021 Cap

Saving

Golden Tate
Nate Solder
These two cuts alone bring the 2021 Cap total to $173.3M with $11.9M Cap Room. In my opinion, they need to take it a bit further to get themselves in a position to pay a couple free agents while paying the draft class and UDFAs.

Further Cap Cutting Moves

Kevin Zeitler
Levine Toilolo
After these two cuts, the 2021 Cap total would be $159.8M with $25.4M in room to operate. This might be enough as they can restructure a deal here or there, or they could
move on from Evan Engram. This would be a no-brainer, in my opinion, if they land Kyle Pitts at pick #11 in the 2021 NFL Draft. The move would bring the 2021 total to $154.5M with $30.7M in room. It is also important to note that the 2022 and 2023 Caps are projected at $227.5M and $241M respectively. This is important with free agent acquisition as they can be creative with the structure of deals, but they do have to pay Barkley and Danny Dimes (maybe) in the near term. Here is the annual Cap summary post the cuts described above.

Pending Free Agents

Before the NY Football Giants can throw out any offers to external free agents they need to prioritize their own. Here are a few notables that play into the equation as well:
DT – Leonard Williams & Dalvin
Tomlinson
RB – Wayne Gallman & Devonta
Freeman
IOL – Spencer Pulley
LB – Kyle Fackrell & Devante
Downs
WR – Austin Mack & CJ Board
I believe they will prioritize the DTs and let the RBs walk. Downs and Board are two I think they can bring back and should. Regardless, Gettleman and Judge are going to be busy enhancing this roster with relatively limited resources.
Who would you like to see cut, or am I crazy for mentioning one of the above?
