Christian McCaffrey injured his shoulder in his first game back since missing time for a high ankle sprain this NFL season as the Carolina Panthers fell to the Kansas City Chiefs. McCaffrey is currently day to day and the most common injury based on his mechanism would be a shoulder separation, or AC sprain. In this video we’ll review AC sprains and also what else should be on the differential for the NFL rushing star!

This is what eventually happens with the kind of workload he gets .. no other nfl team asks for more from their #1 back than the panthers do from mccaffery. And it hasn’t translated to any wins, 0-11 dating back to last season with mccaffery as the lead back.

I thought he landed elbow first. Would that change the way you view this? He was trying to get out of bounds. Which is why I thought he landed elbow first because he was extending his arm out.

I had something similar. I was diagnosed with AC Trauma from what I can remember. I can tell you when I did mine I did not want to move my arm for weeks. Hopefully it is not as bad. I’m still not able to throw hard without pain 17 years later.

C M is a good football player but receives way too much hype to me he is a good utility player but will get broke up as a every down back they try to compare him with best in the league but is he really as good as DC or AK or durable what is his size? 180lbs? Food for thought the NFL hits are not the same as college hits

You should do a video about Charles Ontiveros. He was the kid who had kind of a freak neck injury during UFC Fight Night Hall vs Silva and both my mom and I were hoping to get an explanation as to how his injury happened and what may have caused it as it seemed very low contact

Hello, Dr. Brian Sutterer, greetings from a Brazilian resident in Japan. I'm a huge fan of your work on this channel and I'd be very grateful if you maybe were interested in making a video analyzing this terrible and scary injury of the soccer player and former defensive midfielder of the Brazilian National Team, Internazionale di Milano-ITA, Juventus di Torino-ITA, Galatasaray-TUR, and currently playing for Palmeiras-BRA (one of the biggest teams from Sao Paulo city). The injury occurred on November 9th of this year (2020) against Vasco da Gama-BRA (another great, but from Rio de Janeiro). In addition, I wish you health and success, Dr. Brian! Appreciate your attention, cheers!
