He will want over 13 million a year probably around 15 million. I love the dude, he is great but New Orleans never pays running backs. I would say no more than 10 or 11 million max. He is a game changer and he is a great dude. We will try to pay him if they can agree on the rite price. New Orleans won't back the Brinks truck up for him though…

The issue is that no matter how well he play under Payton he won't be an every down RB for us so we will depart agreeing to disagree in that issue or he will have a god salary for his role but not a record breaking in the position. After all running the position by comitee implies that we have to use cap space paying other RBs.

I really hope we resign him bc we’ve all seen what AK can do and just bc he scored around 5 TDs for us last season doesn’t mean we can just let him walk, bc while he only had 5 TDs he contributed to our drives that got us TDs passing or rushing with Latavius Murray so I hope we resign AK bc he’s a very important piece of our team, so im saying we should resign him to around 9-10 million range

Honestly, if he doesnt have a break out season next year hes not worth it. He was a bust on Fantasy for his draft position on most charts and didnt show up till the end of the season. He wasnt a key player in getting the Saints to the play offs like he did his first year with us.

I love the logic, makes tons of sense. But i think since that CMC deal, kamara is salivating for that market. I dont see someone convincing him otherwise, no matter how logic it is. Its sad, but i think kamara is gone.

As much as I like the guy, he's already gone in my mind. Too many mouths to feed and anyone that follows football knows you don't pay running backs before tackles and corners, especially guys who aren't able to carry your offense at times. Only way I see him returning is on a team friendly deal AFTER Ram and Marcus sign.

Sign him early going into this season – but balance him out with Murray.
Sean went to the well too many times right the middle when Alvin was hurt and couldn’t make his classic cuts.

When he got healthy at the end of the season – he was dynamic again

People keeps praising Christian like he just been doin this throughout his career first breakout season and now he’s the best rb, Alvin Kamara has 27 rushing touchdowns and Christian has 24 Alvin has 10 receiving touchdowns to Christian 15 so to me it looks like Alvin is a better because he had a down year and still has the same numbers as him
