Great summary, I really agree with all of our picks this year, covered up all our most glaring holes.

I think Keene will be a Full Back TE hybrid depending on the play. Weird pick, I'm much higher on Ashi Ashi, he reminds me of Bennet at tight end, looks and plays the same.

Love the channel! Just a correction: Rohrwasser was not the only kicker taken in the 2020 Draft. Tyler Bass out of Georgia Southern, who was another top prospect coming into the Draft, was selected by our division rival Buffalo Bills in the 6th round with the 188th overall pick. Nonetheless, comprehensive video!

Ummmmm…..a kicker in the 5th round and you give him a a-….you could use a slot reciever…..kj hill could have helped yall alot on special teams and the slot….wasted pick considering i GUARANTEE no one would have drafted him…..yall could have just signed him as a free agent

this was another real good draft, didn't take the players I wanted as usual.bill filled every deficit the team had but the real head scratcher was giving up not one, but two 4th rd picks to get keene who guaranteed would have been there 6th or 7th round when some great players we're still on the board?why bill?if anything the patriots have to learn in drafting is knowing by instinct who will still be on the board .they can't do that to save their lives.dallas got Bradley anae in the 6th round who is better than both ache and Jennings put together.i don't get it but the pats might surprise some people this year if there's even a season from this fake cv scare.

    Round 2, pick 37: Kyle Dugger, S, Lenoir-Rhyne
: I believe that this was a good pick but i still wanted Delpit and i think Delpit would be the better pro. I don't see how Dugger could beat out Chung or Mccourty within the next two years. I do think he will cover some TEs in some packages this season but to be honest i would rather see Williams do that.

Round 2, pick 60: Josh Uche, OLB, Michigan
: I like Uche!! He will probably be a day 1 starter.

Round 3, pick 87: Anfernee Jennings, OLB, Alabama
: He will probably be a day 1 starter but i am worried about injury. Saban must have cosigned him for Bill to take him.

Round 3, pick 91: Devin Asiasi, TE, UCLA
: Development TE but he is already the best TE on our roster.

Round 3, pick 101: Dalton Keene, TE, Virginia Tech
: I like his upside but it may take him awhile to adapt to the NFL, Look for him to Play FB in some formations. I love that he can block good too!

Round 5, pick 159 (from Raiders): Justin Rohrwasser, PK, Marshall: I don't like this kid and wish we drafted someone else.

I’m pretty much in agreement with your assessment of the draft. My judgement of a draft is where the players are selected. Then the draft is judged again after a year or two of seeing them play. Most experts had Dugger between 50 to the end of round 2. I think the Pats blew an opportunity to not only draft Keene in round 4, but also maybe add a WR or QB with the other 4th round pick. The Pats gave up too much for Keene. I knew they were going to go for a Kicker in this draft. I wanted Blankenship. My honest worry was that he didn’t really kick in adverse weather. Pats have done well drafting their specialists.
I’m at a C for the 2020 draft & like I said. That is grading where the players see selected.
We should be able to fully grade the play of the 2019 draft this year.

I give The Pats a C+ We had needs at Wr and QB. They took zero. You cant lose the GOAT at a position and not draft a player when you have 12 pick???The players they got I like accept the Safety we took at 37.He seems like a reach to me but ok hope I am wrong. I liked the rest of the draft . Still need a qb and a wr

I like the grade u gave but the Keene I think he gonna surprise u from what I seen he looks like a smart player who knows where to be seems to find the holes in defenses …reminds me of an amendola but at tight end someone who will move the sticcs

Great vid. Love the amount of knowledge on the team and players.
Only thing is from what I have seen dalton Keene was seen as a good receiver especially after the catch. But worse at blocking so I think the two tight end sets could be a better possibility. Other than that keep up the great content

I'm not feeling great about the players drafted. There were players in my opinion better than the players NE drafted. I swear Bill purposely does that so he can say "look what I can do with these players no one has heard of ". I doubt someone has actually watched multiple games of these players that were drafted and said "man NE needs to select that guy!" Most likely they looked back at the players highlights and said wow!! Great pick!! But it's a highlight video.. I think an unbiased view would be more objective, like watching the game and seeing if that players pops out at them and if they still have that " great pick " feeling.

As a pats fan I believe in our current roster to perform better than expected . We went 12-4 last year with a struggling wide receiving core and a solid Brady . If the running game can get going and Harry stays healthy with Edelman and lee playing well . We could go 10-6 at the lowest I think

Had a feeling we were gonna double dip at tight end and his year, personally I was hoping for trautman and CJ ogrady but im just as happy we got asiasi and Keene. If you do an UDFA one we signed a TE outta Ohio state named Rashod Berry. Heard some rumors we were gonna move him from tight end and move him to edge/outside linebacker

Great job on this video. Really enjoyed it and made me understand the draft better. I think Bill went after a lot of guys that were not on a lot of people’s radar and that’s where I think he excels at, finding talent in parts unknown.

I think you might underestimate dalton keenes versatility. As for the selection, the patriots take who they have ranked highest that’s available. I highly doubt they trade that much unless they knew another team was taking him soon. I’m sure they have an idea of how they’ll use him and I actually do see them running 2 TE sets with Keene.

    Great video. Keep them coming!

Asiasi was a top 50 player coming out of high school and has played top notch talent at every level. I agree he has great hands and should fit in just fine if he can improve some blocking. Still felt they reached for Keane but I like what I've seen on film.

Love Keane (Swiss Army Watch), but not great value (2 picks for him), UNLESS Keane becomes a beast. JD may get creative on how he moves Keane from BF to LOS, then inside to outside,…creating match-up issues. So, I agree with pre-season grade,…. for now. His grade may improve.
