Howard is falling LATE in beat ball and I think he is a value pick. His entire career he has had single digit games followed by 25+ point games.

I think especially the first half of the year he could have a few big games. Even if he post 6, 22, 4, 27 stat line who cares it’s best ball

Chubb opinion sucks and you guys have such little backup on it… lets look at it:
-Chubb will be an RB1 for 8 games
-Hunt might not even get that many touches. They're paying him next to nothing on a 1-year deal whereas Chubb is their 1st round pick.
-You aren't going to "lose chubb" when Hunt gets back. He'll still get plenty of touches

Edit: if you want to REALLY talk about how Chubb is a bad value then talk about him not getting a lot of reception or the Browns losing Zeitler. This was such a lazy excuse for not drafting him

I agree with all of your choices… except Nick Chubb. I'll gladly draft him wherever I can. You're giving Kareem Hunt way too much credit. It's the same exact reason you were bearish on Alvin Kamara last season. How did that work out? This is Chubb's backfield to dominate, and he's going to eat this year, with or without Hunt. The dude's a legit stud.

Chubb will have the backfield to himself until week 10 I believe, the Browns have an early bye week so Hunts 8th game will be week 9.. If Chubb performs as he should up until then, I can’t imagine him being benched in week 10.. We’ll likely see a Freeman/Coleman or Kamara/Ingram type of time share depending on his health and how he performs.. 10 weeks with a backfield to himself, he could easily get you to the playoffs, then maybe make a move come week 8 and trade him if you’re insecure going forward.. I like his value, id take him over Henry, Freeman, and most other backs outside of maybe Kerryon Johnson that are going under him right now.. I also like Derrius Guice this year, if he’s healthy for where he’s going he’s gonna be a steal and a league winner.. Idc if they signed AP for pennies on the dollar, Guice’s talent will over ride anything AP brings to the table at this stage of his career and can be an Alvin Kamara type of threat.. If you can get Chubb as your RB2 and someone like Guice or even Kenyan Drake turns up this year and is your RB3, you’re gonna be looking pretty good come playoff time

I won my league last year drafting Bell, Dalvin Cook and Gronk first 3 picks. Took some waiver wire finds and cuthroat trades, but it can be done. Risky players are fine, but just make sure you don't reach for a QB. And make sure to grab some first or second round rookies late in the draft. It still blows my mind how those rookies are still on the board and people waste picks on like a Theo Riddick or Jamaal Williams, or other people with almost no upside

I keep hearing this Nick Chubb do not draft talk and I cannot disagree more, the Browns spent a million dollars on a one year deal with Hunt. He is nothing more than insurance because the Browns spent all this money elsewhere including on Chubb to make a legitimate run at the playoffs. If Chubb is hot and all signs point to him being a stud there is no way that Hunt eats into his workload at such a rate that makes him undraftable at his current ADP. Now if something were to happen to Chubb and he gets hurt and the Browns are in the mix for a playoff run they are patting themselves on the back because they have a top talent in Hunt for next to nothing dollar wise to take Chubb's place. Chubb is the starter and will remain as such even when Hunt returns. Love the show and input you guys roll out big fan, just disagree on this point.

I’m going with my favorite pieces from the offense I like.. I feel like I have a true championship draft in my notes.. 3rd year competing 2qb 1 point per reception league.

    QB: Carson Wentz
    QB: Baker Mayfield
    RB: Christian McCaffrey
    RB: Devontae Freeman
    WR: JuJu Smith Schuester
    WR: DeDe Westbrook/interchangeable
    TE: Travis Kelce/Hunter Henry/interchangeable
    Flex: Kyler Murray/RB
    Kicker: Greg zuerlein/Justin Tucker
    Def: Bear/Eagles/Jags

I agree on Chubb. I need more than 1 year with an offense I'm not sold will actually work yet. They hired the wrong guy. Gregg Williams would have been the better head coach, and leave Kitchens as the OC.

As far as Derrick Henry is concerned you mentioned in the 1st 3 rounds. I have been doing mock drafts recently and seeing him fall to the 4th and 5th. I feel like he is worth a shot in the 4th and 5th. But I your arguments are valid.

Gotta disagree on 2 things: Jordan Howard can catch, just wasn’t given the opportunity because Tarik Cohen is a beast receiving but he caught all of his passes last year. Could just be coach speak but they say he’s good at receiving in Philly and are practicing that. Your other point was that Derrick Henry gets stopped at the line until he breaks one out; that’s just not true, he leads the league in runs that don’t net a loss. He’s a bulldozer that always plods forward so he would be awesome on short yardage situations or goal line carries.

Lol Derrick Henry blows. I don’t understand how anybody could still take the cheese with this guy. He blows up for like 2 games a season and the rest of the time he’s basically useless. Also shares a backfield with Dion Lewis and plays in an impotent offense overall.
