Bacon wrapped stuffed chicken
2 packages thick cut applewood bacon
1 family pack boneless chicken breast
1lbs of prosciutto
1lbs provolone cheese
Step 1: trim the fat and butterfly each piece of chicken. Pound chicken flat until 1/2 inch in thickness.
Step 2: lay each piece of chicken flat and put the provolone cheese and prosciutto on them
Step 3: fold the butterfly chicken together and wrap with bacon.
Step 4: place in oven at 300 for 50-55 minutes.
Step 5: when oven timer finishes set oven on low broil for 5 minutes to crisp bacon
Step 6: remove from oven transfer to plate and stuff face
